1000+

After a busy end to last week and travel over the weekend, I accumulated over 1000 unread iteams in Google Reader. Since you can use Reader without an internet connection, I did a bunch of reading while I was on planes today, and now I’m down to ~600 items. Because of that, I’m going to try to prune my reading list a bit soon. Up on the chopping block are feeds that aren’t relevant to stuff I’m working on anymore (e.g. maps), feeds that don’t supply full text, and feeds where too few of the posts are sufficiently interesting. Also, I’m done with woot.com for the forseeable future.. there hasn’t been anything of interest to me there in a while.

PHX has really good wifi.. I was even able to get a reasonable connection from the plane before leaving.
