It's sites like this and The Onion that make me feel like everything I do is worthy of parody. I never felt like a stereotype until I realized that maybe a good 25% of these apply to me.

Arts degree, grad school, starting a novel that will never get published, liking asian fusion and musical comedy...hell, I even buy prepared food at Whole Foods a couple times a week.

Plus my dad's a lawyer, my mom teaches so-called "gifted" children, and I'm from Connecticut. I don't know whether to feel ashamed or amused.

Haha, that's awesome. I didn't even know that assists were something that you could actually like until I saw it on that site...

Josh and I went to Chicago to visit my brother over spring break. We were at a party on Friday and my brother was talking about an assist in the Black Hawks game we had just seen. At which point his drunk friend mentioned how assists were number four on the "Stuff White People Like" list. Josh thought this was hilarious because he apparently "really likes assists". So anyway, I found it ironic that you posted the same list 5 days later.

I am also proving the point that white people like Irony. So there you go.
