You should listen to The Bugle, with John Oliver and Andy Zaltzman. John’s on the Daily Show, so he records from NY, while Andy is in London. It’s faster pace with more biting satire than the Daily Show or Colbert Report. Minute-for-minute, I enjoy it more than those shows, though they’re probably funnier at their peaks. The Bugle has much more of an international focus and perspective. I’ve learned a lot about British stuff as a side effect.
It’s worth listening from the beginning (starting last Fall), as there are several segments that are funnier if you hear the continuity.
